Find the kanji by its shape — then hear it, trace it, keep it

A picture-first mode of the Japanese Visual Kanji Method for primary-school children: pick a theme (body, nature, animals…), tap the part you can see, find the kanji — then listen, trace the strokes with a finger, and collect a sticker.

Same data as the full version · default level: grades 1–2 (240 kanji) · parents/teachers change the level in the top bar · stickers stay on this device.

How it is different from the full version

No stroke step

Children start from 12 picture themes (the "twelve imageries" of the Clavis Sinica method) and tap the part they can see. Position is asked only when a part can sit in more than one place.

Level lock

Candidates default to grades 1–2 of the official 学年別漢字配当表. A grown-up moves the level up in the top bar; the setting is remembered on this device.

Hear, trace, keep

Every card reads the kanji aloud, shows what it is made of as bubbles, animates the stroke order (KanjiVG) with a finger-tracing layer, and gives a sticker when the child taps "おぼえた!".

One data source

Readings, grades, words, sentences and stroke order are the same files the full version and the API use — nothing is maintained twice.
